| Comments: One of the first wave to go and open up Bilbao for the teaching of the gospel out of the Spain Barcelona Mission. Performed first baptisms there, in the river. Found and negotiated for first capilla, the entresuelo on the Avanida del Ferrocarril. Have served in most of the chairs in a PEC, quorum president, Bishop, High Council. Founded the Pittsburgh LDS Institute, and chaired the CMU Interfaith Council. Established the LDS Employment Center-Pittsburgh, while serving as Stake Employment Specialist. Now an old fogie compared to most on this list, working in nuclear engineering and teaching Early Morning Seminary by day. - June 5th 2002 |

| Comments: I''ve been married for over 20 years and have four daughters. I
eventually earned a Masters Degree in computer engineering and worked for a while for Motorola in the Chicago area. Last
year I accepted a position for a company in San Diego. I was also one of the first missionaries in Bilbao, maybe the third
or fourth group sent there. There were no (native) members then and sacrament meeting consisted of about a dozen
missionaries with whatever investigators we could convince to come. - June 20th 2001 |
