| Comments: I remember being at the first baptism in Bilbao. We didn''t have a chapel so we went up the river and had a beautiful baptism in the mountains. ?lder Didier was the first General Authority to come to Bilbao. I remember him telling us to write down all our experiences because we were the pioneers of the area. I still have a very good feeling about the area and the Basque people and even remember a few words that we learned. I now have a wife and 5 kids we are doing well here in Arizona which seems a long ways away from the green of Vizcaya. - October 1st 2003 | |||

| Comments: Although I was in the Madrid Mission,many of my fondest memories come from what is now the Bilbao Mission. I spent most of my time in Austurias and also some in La Coru?a I had a son on a mission in Fresno, but was called home to serve in Iraq in the Army. Another son just got his call to Brazil. I still teach High School German and Spanish - March 18th 2005 | |||
